Originally from Australia, Marcus has lived in Singapore, UK, China and Hong Kong over the past 20 years, making him a true global citizen with cross-cultural and multi-sector expertise in conferences and events. While Tomi’s roots are firmly planted in fine dining, creating unique food and dining culture is his passion. He travels the world in search of new tastes, new ingredients and exciting experiences.
